This policy is for the purpose of price adjustment or refund while availing Behtreen Services through legal channels.

If you would like to request a price adjustment or refund or otherwise have a complaint about your service, please submit your request or complaint to admin@behtreen.com within Five (05) days of the service in question. The decision to review any submission made after 05 days will be in Behtreen's sole discretion. As it is clear to you that, the service charges or any other transaction related to services are between Customer and service provider directly. Behtreen has no involvement or share in this type of transactions.

For any request or complaint, Behtreen will address it in the manner that Behtreen, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, which may include, but is not limited to taking no action, issuing credits to your Behtreen account in the form of Behtreen Cash or refunding the method of payment associated with your account.
